Simply Rooted

Before I got my "great" camera, I had a nice point and shoot that served me well. I wanted to show you some examples of pictures that have stayed my favorite over time and tell you why I like them. Mind you, it is always subjective and I feel a little embarrassed saying "this works because..." about my pictures, but I want you to see that photography brings pleasure from seeing things in a new way, not through an expensive lens. Though that rocks too.

These were taken with an Olympus C770 and are completely unretouched in any type of editing program. OK, so here they are, warts and all.
